We’re hiring on behalf of a high-growth cybersecurity SaaS company looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale its inbound pipeline engine.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who is just as comfortable inside Google Ads and Microsoft Ads as they are reviewing funnel performance, attribution, and CRM reporting. This is not a role for someone who wants to sit above the work and manage agencies from a distance as we’re looking for a true operator who can run campaigns, make budget decisions, and drive measurable revenue impact.
You’ll join a fast-paced, data-driven business and work closely with marketing, sales, and RevOps to improve pipeline contribution across channels and regions.
What you’ll be doing
- Own Google Ads and Microsoft Ads end-to-end, including strategy, execution, budget allocation, bid optimisation, and keyword management
- Build and scale paid acquisition programs that drive inbound pipeline and revenue, not just lead volume
- Analyse campaign, funnel, and CRM performance to make ongoing decisions on budget, targeting, messaging, and channel mix
- Partner closely with RevOps and commercial teams to improve attribution, reporting, and performance visibility
- Develop and test new growth opportunities across audiences, creative, messaging, landing pages, and funnel stages
- Support expansion across paid social channels such as LinkedIn and Reddit
- Create clear reporting and insights for leadership, with a strong focus on ROI and commercial outcomes
What we’re looking for
- Strong hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
- Proven track record of managing paid budgets to drive pipeline, SQLs, opportunities, and revenue
- Experience in B2B SaaS
- Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with complex data environments
- Ability to use SQL to extract data from BigQuery and work with performance data independently
- Experience working with CRM and attribution tools such as Salesforce, Looker, Customer.io, HockeyStack, or similar
- High ownership mindset and able to operate with autonomy and make decisions quickly
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, collaborative, and performance-driven environment
Nice to have
- Experience in cybersecurity or another complex B2B SaaS category
- Paid social experience across LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, or similar channels
- Experience working in businesses with a sophisticated RevOps and attribution setup
