We're hiring for a technical growth marketing role focused on driving developer discovery and adoption through search, AI engines, and coding agents at a technology company.
The Role
• Own and execute the end-to-end SEO strategy and technical optimization program to drive high-intent traffic and signups.
• Optimize content, structured data, and third-party sources to ensure AI models and search assistants surface and recommend the platform.
• Remove friction across the developer agent adoption journey and collaborate with product teams to maintain integrations and agent-readable resources.
• Measure performance by evaluating real developer prompts across models and building attribution models connecting organic and AI-referred traffic to pipeline.
What You'll Need
• 4+ years of experience in growth, developer marketing, or technical product with measurable funnel ownership for technical audiences.
• Hands-on expertise in SEO, AEO, technical optimization, keyword strategy, and data measurement.
• Terminal fluency, advanced SQL skills, and familiarity with building technical agent integrations or server components.
• A consistent background of driving cross-functional initiatives and collaborating effectively across teams in fast-paced environments.
