Role Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Part-Time Business Development Partner (Commission-Only) to join our team remotely.

This flexible role is ideal for freelancers, students, or professionals who love networking and want to earn extra income by introducing new clients to Hashtag Hive Agency.

You’ll reach out to potential clients, such as restaurants, cafés, and startups, explain our services, and connect them with our marketing team.

You decide when and how you work, you earn commission for every client you bring on board.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and contact potential clients (restaurants, cafés, small businesses, startups).
• Present Hashtag Hive’s marketing and branding services clearly and confidently.
• Build and maintain client relationships through online or offline outreach.
• Coordinate with the agency team to hand off warm leads or closed clients.
• Keep track of outreach and progress using simple reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Sales, marketing, or hospitality experience is a plus (not required).
• Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently.
• Passion for social media, branding, or digital marketing.
• Based in the UK (preferably London), remote work is welcome.

Compensation

• Commission-only role (no base salary).
• Flexible, remote work, ideal as a side hustle or freelance opportunity.
