An international igaming and sports betting organisation, offering a wide range of casino and sportsbook products internationally!

THE ROLE

As CRM Manager, you will:

• Own and execute CRM activity (Casino) across the UK market, with exposure to international markets.
• Plan, build, and deploy multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
• Develop and optimise lifecycle campaigns, from onboarding through to retention.
• Analyse customer behaviour and deliver personalised offers to drive engagement and revenue.
• Design and run A/B tests to optimise campaign performance.
• Monitor KPIs such as CTR, conversions, and engagement, providing actionable insights.
• Support CRM projects such as onboarding new operators, evaluating game performance, and optimising on-site layouts.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders, including direct exposure to the CEO.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 2–3+ years’ CRM experience, ideally within iGaming
• Strong hands-on experience managing campaigns across email, SMS, and push.
• Confident with HTML email builds, testing, and deployment.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to report on CRM KPIs and deliver insights.
• Proactive, creative, and confident in influencing strategy as well as execution.
• Management experience not essential, but mentoring or team leadership a plus.
