About You

You’ve been there before, in the trenches of early-stage startups, turning ideas into traction and traction into growth. You think strategically but execute fast, balancing vision with experimentation.

You’ll likely have:

• 2–6 years’ experience in marketing, growth, or brand.

• Proven success leading GTM, growth, or brand in early-stage tech.

• Experience working remotely with US, UK, or European teams.

• A bias for action - fast learning, faster execution.

• A love for high-growth, high-ambiguity environments.
