Marketing Virtual Assistant

We’re looking for a Marketing Virtual Assistant to support our marketing team with day-to-day execution, coordination, and optimization of campaigns. This role is perfect for someone who has extensive background in Shopify and Marketing, is organized, proactive, and excited to grow in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. Day To Day Responsibilities

• Assist in executing marketing campaigns across email, social media, and paid channels
• Support email marketing (campaign setup, segmentation, basic reporting)
• Assist in conducting market and competitor research
• Help with influencer outreach and coordination
• Assist in tracking and reporting campaign performance metrics
• Assist with basic content creation (graphics, captions, blog formatting)

Requirements

• Previous experience in marketing virtual assistance with knowledge of digital marketing (email, social media, paid ads)
• Extensive experience in using Shopify
• Background in e-commerce or direct-to-consumer brands
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
