Role Overview
This role is for a hands-on growth leader who thrives in high-ownership environments. As Head of Growth, you’ll architect and scale customer acquisition across paid channels while maintaining a relentless focus on efficiency, attribution, and true incrementality. You’ll move beyond platform-reported metrics to uncover real performance drivers and build a repeatable, scalable growth engine for a DTC health & wellness brand.
Key Responsibilities
• Hands-on ownership of paid social and paid search channels
• Scale spend while maintaining efficiency targets (CPA, ROAS, MER)
• Implement advanced attribution and incrementality testing
• Build performance dashboards and reporting frameworks
• Partner with ecommerce and creative teams to optimize funnel performance
• Own and dynamically allocate growth budgets
Requirements
• 7+ years in growth or performance marketing roles
• Hands-on experience managing large paid media budgets
• Deep knowledge of attribution and measurement tools
• Strong testing, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Experience in fast-paced DTC environments
