[Full time] Senior Performance Marketing Specialist

The Role 

We are seeking a skilled Paid Ads Specialist (minimum 3 years of experience**)** to work together with our data and conversion rate optimisation specialists on developing ad strategies and implementing campaigns across multiple platforms. 

● Experience with English-speaking/international markets is important. 

● Meta and Google Ads experience is a must; 

● Depending on your expertise, you’ll spend a large majority of your time hands-on implementation and optimisation of campaigns, as well as working closely together with copywriters, designers, data specialists and other experts, complementing your skills. 

● Building easy-to-follow decks for top management and detailed data reports

● Identifying new opportunities in terms of platforms, targeting, strategies, trends, etc. 

● Collaborating with our expert team on strategy, research and data to bring a customer-centric approach to ads 

● Taking part in monthly calls with consultants from Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, Pinterest, etc. 

● Understanding the funnel, Measurement Plan and key metrics for each client and working closely with your data analytics colleagues;

We are looking for: 

● 3+ years of digital advertising experience

● Strong communication and project management skills ● Strong project management skills

● Good understanding of data analytics

● Good understanding of scalable and strategic advertising campaign structures 

● Comfortable working in an environment of rapid growth and constant change 

● Resilient and aware that working with a Premium Agency requires a deep sense of ownership and great attention to details

● English & Romainian proficiency
