Salary: £35-43k DOE - full-time

Role Overview:
This role is to be hands-on management of campaigns, not people management.
As a Paid Social Media Manager/Senior Executive, you will take ownership of paid social and paid search account management, including strategy, execution, and ongoing optimisation. This customer-facing role involves direct communication with clients, ensuring measurable results and aligning campaigns with their business objectives.
You’ll also have the opportunity to collaborate with our creative and influencer teams to develop multi-channel, full-funnel campaigns for a variety of clients across the fintech and financial services sectors.
(Other titles - Paid Social Executive, Paid Social Manager, Paid media executive)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the day-to-day management and execution of paid media (search/social/display) strategies for a portfolio of high-growth fintech clients.
- Planning & implementing and managing campaigns across Google, Bing, Meta, TikTok and a range of other platforms, forecasting media schedules and reporting on performance.
- Implementing campaign testing & analysing results, e.g. creative/ad copy, landing page & bid strategy testing, day-parting, keyword expansion, etc.
- Working with the wider team to develop campaigns, creative and drive results.
- Working directly with clients - building trust, relationships and representing Growth Gorilla.
Experience & skills:
- 3+ years experience in working on paid social & paid search campaigns.
- 1+ year(s) of experience working in an agency environment
- Experience of creating & developing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads & TikTok Ads. Other platforms are desired but not essential.
- Experience in managing both web and app campaigns.
- Proficient in Google Analytics & Google Sheets/Excel and the ability to manipulate data.
- Strong copywriting skills to create engaging ad copy.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Solid communication and organisational skills.
- Natural problem solver and proactive.
Other Responsibilities:
- Stay ahead of trends and innovations in growth marketing, paid media, influencer marketing, and performance creative.
- Proactively introduce new ideas, creative-testing strategies, and market-leading initiatives that help clients grow and differentiate themselves in the market.
- Contribute to agency growth by supporting the pitching process for new business and creating compelling proposals.
