Head of Growth

Our client, a global fintech business, is looking for a Head of Growth. With substantial revenues and ambitious plans to scale internationally, the company is investing heavily in digital acquisition channels. This senior hire will be responsible for driving growth across multiple markets, leading a growing team and managing large budgets to accelerate customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead paid digital growth channels (Meta, TikTok) across diverse markets and languages.
• Optimise large-scale performance campaigns, adapting strategies to local demographics and market dynamics.
• Test and expand into new growth platforms to capture emerging audiences.
• Build and manage a direct team of four initially, with plans to expand in Europe and the US.
• Oversee cross-functional creative teams to deliver high-quality, scalable content.
• Manage significant monthly budgets (multi-million-dollar level).
• Dive deep into campaign data to identify efficiencies and improve performance.
• Balance global scale with corridor-specific nuances to maximise efficiency and growth.

About You

• Proven senior-level experience in growth or performance marketing.
• Deep expertise in Meta advertising and managing campaigns at scale.
• Strong understanding of creative strategy and scaling content across markets.
• Analytical, data-driven and comfortable going from high-level strategy to granular detail.
• Excellent communicator and stakeholder manager with a growth mindset.
