Enterprise Sales Director - MSP
Remote (UK)£100,000-£120,000 Base + Uncapped OTE
I'm exclusively partnering with a high-growth technology business looking to appoint an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to lead and develop its enterprise sales function.
This is a rare opportunity to join the executive leadership team of a business entering its next phase of growth. You'll inherit a significant enterprise customer portfolio worth approximately £13-14M in annual revenue, while taking ownership of the strategy, leadership and commercial performance needed to scale it further.
This isn't a role focused purely on management. We're looking for a commercial leader who enjoys being close to customers, coaching high-performing sales teams and helping shape the overall direction of the business.
The Opportunity
As Enterprise Sales Director, you'll be responsible for leading the enterprise sales organisation, developing strategic customer relationships and creating a high-performance culture across the team.
Working closely with the executive leadership team, Product and Marketing, you'll help define the go-to-market strategy, improve commercial performance and ensure the business continues to grow within some of its largest and most strategic accounts.
Alongside leading the team, you'll remain commercially active by owning key strategic relationships, supporting complex enterprise opportunities and acting as the executive sponsor for major customers.

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of Enterprise Account Directors.
- Own a £13-14M enterprise customer portfolio with responsibility for growth, retention and profitability.
- Define and execute the enterprise go-to-market strategy.
- Develop strategic account plans to maximise long-term customer value.
- Build executive relationships with C-level stakeholders across major enterprise customers.
- Drive forecasting accuracy, pipeline management and sales governance.
- Lead complex commercial negotiations and support high-value enterprise opportunities.
- Introduce best practice sales processes and methodologies to improve performance.
- Partner with Product, Marketing and Customer Success to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Play an active role within the executive leadership team, contributing to wider business strategy and future growth.
About You
We're looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with a genuine passion for sales leadership.
You'll likely bring:
- A proven track record leading enterprise B2B sales teams.
- Experience managing large strategic accounts and complex enterprise sales cycles.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating high-value commercial agreements.
- A history of consistently delivering revenue growth while improving customer retention.
- Excellent coaching and leadership skills with experience building high-performing sales teams.
- Strong forecasting, pipeline management and CRM discipline.
- Experience working with structured enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDICC would be advantageous.
