We look for someone to bring our creative formats on social to a world class level. Allowing us to scale our ads budget, bringing in hundreds of thousands of new users and boost our revenue growth.

Your responsibilities
- Find creative winners that clearly outperform our current Meta ads
- By this scale the ad spend on Meta to €500k+ / month
- Test creatives on other paid socials outside of Meta (eg TikTok)
Your profile
Must-haves
- You are an expert in the creative side of paid social for consumer apps
- You have previous experience working with consumer apps or agencies that focus on apps
- You are skilled and experienced in writing great scripts
- You have previous experience of working directly with video editors
- You are fluent in English
Good-to-haves
- Experience in performance management
- Knowledge in organic social
- Knowledge in other marketing channels
📍 Location: Remote in the EU
**⏲️ Working hours:** Full-time
💵 Salary: Min. €53,000 (overpay based on skills)
