We're a US-based digital agency delivering web, app development, SEO, and AI-driven digital marketing for businesses across North America and now expanding into the UK. We work with ambitious brands that want real results.

The Role

We're looking for a sharp, self-driven Sales Specialist to own our UK business development pipeline. This is a performance-first role, ideal for someone who thrives on closing deals and wants their income to reflect their hustle, not just their hours.

You'll be prospecting, pitching, and closing new business for our full suite of digital services: web, SEO, paid media, and AI strategy — with full support from our delivery team once a client is won.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the UK market
  • Work a pipeline of warm leads provided by the company
  • Lead outreach via LinkedIn, email, and calls to qualified prospects
  • Pitch Griffon's services confidently and handle objections
  • Manage your own pipeline and report weekly on activity and conversions
  • Collaborate with our account team to ensure smooth client onboarding

Compensation

  • Competitive part-time base retainer (paid monthly)
  • Commission on every closed deal — no cap
  • Performance is rewarded directly; top closers earn significantly above the base

What We're Looking For

  • Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in digital marketing, web, or tech services
  • Based in the UK with a strong understanding of the local business landscape
  • Excellent communicator- confident on calls and in writing
  • Self-managed, target-oriented, and hungry to build something
  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar is a plus
