About Us
Grapple Law is making a difference by giving individuals an affordable AI Lawyer. Think legal Chat GPT, but it also sends legal headed emails and negotiates for you.
Traction since launch in September 2025: tens of thousands of users and hundreds of thousands of pounds in settlements negotiated.
This is a world first: AI has successfully negotiated out of court settlements against human lawyers (recent news coverage below), and our Google Reviews are 5* across the board.

We are a start-up, funded by Monaco Solicitors, both owned 100% by Alex Monaco, founder & CEO.

The team includes the CEO, 3 developers, 1 tech support, 1 content lead, 1 customer service lead, and 1 marketing consultant specialising in SEO & PPC. The CEO does some content for social media.
The Role
You will report directly to the CEO and your role will involve:
- Trying a multitude of digital marketing ideas including PR, email, UX, CRO & product marketing (in-built features for sharing)
- Analysing data user feedback & product usage metrics to drive decision-making & inform marketing strategy
- Collaborating with the engineering team to build new marketing & user friendly features
- Creating rebel & guerilla marketing ideas by thinking creatively & innovatively
What We Are Looking For
You should be creative, data-driven, and passionate about social good.
You should have:
- 3+ years of UK experience in growth marketing preferably within a tech environment.
- A growth mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and a willingness to make difficult decisions and work independently.
- Willingness to experiment and try multiple channels and innovative approaches until we have established the GTM strategy.
- An ability to take ownership & work independently, and as we expand you will take on direct reports and work with channel experts.
