Gorilla Dash is hiring Software Sales Representatives across Australia and New Zealand to introduce franchise brands to the platform that's quietly becoming the backbone of multi-location operations across ANZ.

You'll prospect into franchisors and multi-site operators, run discovery and product demonstrations, and close new business — then hand the customer to our onboarding and support team to drive long-term success. We're particularly keen to hear from people who've worked inside franchise systems — as business advisors, franchise consultants, BDMs, or operations/network managers — and want to bring that insider knowledge into a sales career. We'll also consider strong BDR/SDR candidates ready to step up, and experienced Account Executives who can own a full sales cycle from day one.

This is a fully remote role with a competitive base salary, uncapped commission, and a clear path to senior sales leadership as we scale across the region.

About the role

Gorilla Dash is a powerful SaaS platform purpose-built for franchise and multi-location businesses. We bring website management, marketing, internal communication, CRM, recruitment, and real-time performance analytics into a single dashboard — with a centralised master account and unlimited child accounts so franchisors and franchisees stay perfectly aligned.

Our customers are franchise networks who are tired of stitching together five different tools to run their business. Your job is to find them, show them a better way, and bring them on board.

What you'll do day-to-day:

  • Prospect into franchise companies and multi-site operators across Australia and New Zealand through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, and industry events.
  • Qualify opportunities and run discovery conversations with franchisors, marketing leaders, and operations executives.
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations that map Gorilla Dash's capabilities to each prospect's pain points — websites, marketing, recruitment, analytics, communication.
  • Manage your pipeline end-to-end: follow-ups, proposals, negotiation, and contract sign-off.
  • Coordinate a smooth handover to our onboarding and support team once a deal is signed.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success — feeding insights back so we keep getting sharper.
  • Hit (and beat) monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Skills & experience requiredWhat we're looking for:

  • Strongly preferred: prior experience inside a franchise system — as a business advisor / franchise consultantfranchise development manager (BDM)operations or network manager, or similar field-support role. You already understand how franchisors and franchisees think, what they buy, and what they push back on.
  • 1–6+ years of B2B sales experience is ideal (SaaS preferred), but we'll absolutely consider strong franchise-system operators making the transition into sales — we'll teach you the SaaS sales motion. We're equally happy to hear from BDR/SDR candidates ready to step up and seasoned Account Executives.
  • Confident, professional outbound communicator — phone, email, video, and LinkedIn.
  • Comfortable running product demos and articulating ROI to senior decision-makers.
  • Disciplined pipeline management — you live in your CRM, not your inbox.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a remote environment and doesn't need micromanaging.
  • Coachable, curious, and genuinely interested in the customer's business.
  • Resilient — you understand sales is a numbers game and don't take "no" personally.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Full working rights in Australia or New Zealand.

Bonus points for:

  • Experience selling into the franchise industry (vendor side) on top of working in it.
  • Background selling marketing, website, CRM, or business management software.
  • An existing network of franchise contacts across ANZ.
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Outreach, Gong, or similar.
  • Prior experience working a fully remote sales role.
