Marketing & Creative Coordinator (Part-Time, Remote, Hebrew +English required)Location: UK based (work permit required)

Language: Fluent Hebrew and English are required due to regular communication with Israeli partners and review of Hebrew-language materials.

Overview

We are looking for a creative, hands-on marketing operator to support branding, content, and conference-related activities across multiple medical device, medical aesthetics and pharma companies.

This is not just an execution role.

We are looking for someone who can think creatively about how to present and market products, and then turn those ideas into actual materials.

You will work closely with the founders, contributing ideas and helping shape how products are positioned and communicated.

You don’t need to be a professional designer, but you should be comfortable guiding design work and working with external creatives.

What You’ll DoCreative & Marketing Thinking

  • Contribute ideas on how to present, position, and market products
  • Think through and define messaging, visual direction, and overall approach  
  • Suggest improvements and new approaches

Creative Execution

  • Own the creation of marketing materials (brochures, presentations, website content, kits, etc.)
  • Work with external graphic designers and web designers to execute at a high level
  • Provide direction, feedback, and ensure quality of outputs
  • Use tools like Canva and AI tools for quick drafts, iterations, and internal materials

Conference & Launch Support

  • Help shape how the company is presented at conferences
  • Coordinate marketing materials and assets
  • Support execution of marketing presence

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong creative thinking and marketing intuition
  • Ability to generate ideas - not just execute them
  • Hands-on approach (can take ideas and turn them into outputs)
  • Comfortable using Canva and AI tools (Photoshop – advantage)
  • Good taste and excellent attention to detail

Who This Role Is For

  • Enjoys thinking about how to present things better
  • Notices when something “doesn’t feel right” and improves it
  • Can take a rough idea and turn it into something polished
  • Is both creative and practical

Who This Role Is Not For

  • People who only execute predefined briefs
  • Pure designers without marketing thinking
  • Pure marketers who don’t create

Part-time, flexible, remote.  Around conference periods, the workload will be more intensive.
