We are seeking a Co-Founder with strong e-commerce expertise to drive our international marketing and expansion. If you thrive on scaling campaigns, analyzing performance data, and growing brands across borders, this role is a perfect fit.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a co-founder (equity or revenue share) to help scale Glowberry.eu internationally. You’ll be responsible for building and executing growth strategies, optimizing sales funnels, making data-driven decisions, and managing key projects to accelerate expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and scale international performance marketing strategies with a focus on ROI and sustainable growth.
• Manage and optimize our Shopify stores across multiple EU markets—from content updates to performance improvements.
• Identify funnel optimization opportunities and translate insights into impactful actions.
• Track, analyze, and improve conversion rates across all online shops.
• Conduct competitive analysis and stay ahead of international e-commerce trends.

Your Profile

• Proven experience in performance marketing, with a strong emphasis on e-commerce.
• Demonstrated success in managing and scaling international digital campaigns.
• Hands-on expertise with Shopify.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Experience in CRO, A/B testing, and user behavior analysis is a strong plus.
• Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).
