We work across AAA games and flight simulation, combining art, technology and large-scale production to create world-class environments, vehicles, airports, aircraft content and original products of our own.

But the title doesn’t really describe what we’re looking for.
We’re looking for a beast.
- Someone who lives and breathes gaming.
- Someone with an exceptional visual eye.
- Someone who sees a beautiful game build and immediately wants to capture it, frame it, write about it and put it in front of thousands of people.
Not someone waiting for a content calendar to tell them what to do.
Not someone waiting for the art team to send them screenshots.
Not someone whose job ends after clicking “Publish.”
We want someone who owns the Gaya brand in the outside world.
- You’ll own our social channels, website, portfolio, community, company deck, professional profiles, product media kits, launch content, trailers, creator relationships, client publishing approvals and the way our work is presented to the world.
- You’ll turn incredible work produced by our teams into content people actually want to stop and look at.
- You’ll help us grow communities around our products.
- You’ll help us turn content into product sales, brand awareness and new business.
And yes, you should be comfortable opening a game build yourself and capturing a killer screenshot rather than asking someone else to do it.
- A serious gamer.
- Native or near-native English, including a natural understanding of internet culture, humor, slang and tone.
- An outstanding eye for game photography, composition, lighting and visual storytelling.
- A genuinely great writer.
- Fast.
- Extremely proactive.
- Commercially minded.
- Obsessive about details.
- Someone who can juggle multiple products, channels and launches without losing control.
- Someone who sees something that needs to happen and simply makes it happen.
We care much more about your portfolio, taste and output than the titles on your CV.
