Email Marketing Specialist

About the role

We’re looking for an Email & SMS Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our retention marketing — building and optimizing flows, executing high-performing campaigns, and leveraging Klaviyo to grow customer lifetime value.

This role is ideal for someone with strong technical skills, a sharp eye for design and copy, and deep experience in ecommerce lifecycle marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, build, and optimize email campaigns for new drops, brand storytelling, and seasonal promos
• Manage automated flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, winback, etc.) in Klaviyo
• Develop and send SMS campaigns and flows aligned with email calendar
• Work with the creative team to brief and execute visually on-brand content
• Own segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis to improve engagement and conversions
• Maintain deliverability best practices and ensure campaigns are mobile-optimized
• Coordinate email/SMS strategy with product launches and marketing calendar

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in email marketing for ecommerce brands (DTC experience preferred)
• Strong proficiency in Klaviyo (flows, campaigns, SMS, A/B testing, analytics)
• Comfortable working with copy, basic design layout, and setting up creative briefs
• Understanding of retention marketing metrics (CTR, CVR, AOV, LTV)
• Excellent attention to detail and an organized, deadline-driven approach
• Fluent in English with strong writing/editing skills

Bonus Points

• Experience with ecommerce platforms like Shopify
• Past work with fashion, lifestyle, luxury or jewelry brands
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and paid media data for cross-channel insights
