- Deliver excellent patient care.
- Support the well-being of our team.
- Lower the total cost of care.

- Advance health equity.
If you're passionate about meaningful work, innovation in behavioral health, and making a lasting difference in people's lives, we'd love for you to join our team.
Marketing Manager
Remote (preference for candidates based in or near Montana) | Serving Montana, Idaho & Alaska
Full-Time | Telepsychiatry
Why This Role Exists
Frontier Psychiatry is expanding rapidly, and marketing is a core driver of that growth.
We are building a scalable engine for patient acquisition, referral engagement, and brand awareness across rural communities in Montana, Idaho, Alaska, and Nevada. This role exists to turn momentum into a repeatable growth system, and to own the strategy and execution behind it.
You won't be starting from zero. Frontier has:
- Published outcomes in JAMA Network Open showing 38% lower hospitalization rates
- An employee eNPS of 53, well above industry benchmark
- A strong and growing brand presence, including a top-ranked LinkedIn thought leader, Dr. Eric Arzubi, with 59,000+ followers
- An established SEO/AEO content roadmap ready to execute against
You'll work directly with the CEO and leadership team to build the marketing infrastructure that connects content, campaigns, and channels to real patient growth. This is a role for someone who wants ownership, not a seat at a table that already has a strategy.
This position is fully remote, and we give preference to candidates who live in or near Montana. Montana-based team members bring valuable proximity to our largest patient population, our clinical leadership, and the rural communities we serve.
What You'll Do
Email Campaigns & Lifecycle Marketing
- Own email marketing end-to-end: build, send, and optimize campaigns and automated sequences for patients, referral partners, and prospects
- Design nurture sequences that keep referral partners engaged and drive self-referral conversion
- Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM, including segmentation, workflows, and lead tracking
- Continuously improve open rates, click-through, and conversion across the funnel
Content Amplification & Thought Leadership
- Take the CEO's LinkedIn thought leadership content and repurpose it across channels (email, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, blog, Substack cross-posts) to keep patients and referral partners engaged
- Build a content operating system that turns one original piece into 5-10 channel-specific assets
- Write and publish blogs, website content, and digital materials that are clear, accessible, and written at a 10th-grade reading level
SEO, AEO & Digital Presence
- Own Frontier's SEO and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) strategy, including content optimization for Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and other AI search surfaces
- Execute against our existing 20-item priority content map, 15-element checklist, and 16-week SEO/AEO roadmap
- Optimize provider profiles and listings across Psychology Today, ZocDoc, Google Business Profile, and other directories
- Drive Google Reviews strategy to move Frontier from 3.7 to 4.0+ stars (Top-rated threshold)
Video & YouTube
- Help produce and publish educational videos for YouTube and LinkedIn that explain behavioral health topics in plain language
- Coordinate video production workflows, including scripting support, editing coordination, thumbnails, titles, and publishing cadence
- Build YouTube as a search and AI visibility channel, not just a social platform
Social Media & Campaign Execution
- Manage Frontier's presence across LinkedIn (company page), Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
- Plan, create, schedule, and analyze content performance
- Support patient acquisition by scaling lead generation and self-referral channels
Design & Brand Execution
- Create marketing collateral including one-pagers, presentations, and digital assets
- Ensure brand consistency across channels and materials
- Use tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite to produce clean, professional work
Events, Outreach & Coordination
- Coordinate direct mail campaigns and conference logistics
- Support event execution, including materials and follow-up
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to align messaging and execution
Performance Tracking & Strategy
- Track and report on marketing performance metrics across email, SEO/AEO, video, and social
- Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement
- Contribute to marketing strategy as Frontier expands into new markets
What Success Looks Like
In this role, success means:
- Consistent, high-performing email campaigns and automated sequences for patients and referral partners
- Measurable growth in organic search and AEO visibility (rankings, citations in AI answers, direct traffic)
- A working content repurposing system that turns LinkedIn thought leadership into multi-channel engagement
- A growing YouTube library of educational videos that support both patient acquisition and AI discoverability
- Strong CRM infrastructure and marketing automation
- Clear reporting and insights that inform growth strategy
Required Qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare, health tech, or a mission-driven organization
- Demonstrated experience owning email marketing campaigns and automated sequences end-to-end
- Experience managing HubSpot or a comparable CRM platform
- Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and a genuine interest in (or experience with) AEO / AI search optimization
- Experience repurposing content across channels, with a portfolio that shows the instinct for it
- Comfort coordinating video production for YouTube or similar platforms (in-house or with contractors)
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex topics
- Experience managing brand social media accounts
- Competence in basic graphic design for marketing materials
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment with direct access to leadership
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize numerous tasks through completion
Preferred
- Based in or near Montana, or with strong ties to the region
What We Offer
We believe expanding access to mental health care requires investing in the people who build those connections.
- 100% remote work
- 120 hours of paid vacation
- 40 hours of sick time
- Your birthday off with pay
- 9.5 paid holidays
- 401(k) with company match

- HSA plan option

The salary range for this role is:
$70,000 - $90,000 annually (Remote), plus stock options and full benefits
