Responsibilities

• Implement proven marketing and outreach strategies to share our personal development and leadership programs
• Connect with prospective clients, understand their goals, and recommend programs aligned to their needs
• Participate in structured training to grow your skills in marketing, leadership, and client engagement
• Support new clients through onboarding and ensure they feel confident with the programs
• Maintain strong relationships through proactive communication
• Engage in ongoing personal and professional development as part of your own growth journey

About You

• Minimum 5 years of professional work experience
• Self-motivated, proactive, and solutions-focused
• Passionate about personal growth and making a meaningful impact
• Strong communicator who enjoys supporting others
• Comfortable learning and applying digital tools
