We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Sales Director to lead our sales organization, accelerate revenue growth, and develop high-performing sales teams. In this role, you will define sales strategies, manage key customer relationships, optimize sales performance, and drive sustainable business growth. You'll collaborate closely with executive leadership, marketing, product, customer success, and operations teams to strengthen market position, expand customer acquisition, and achieve commercial objectives. 🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals and revenue objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage high-performing sales teams to achieve business targets.
  • Establish sales goals, revenue forecasts, performance metrics, and growth plans.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Drive customer acquisition, retention, account growth, and market expansion initiatives.
  • Analyze sales performance, market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead generation, campaigns, and sales enablement strategies.
  • Partner with product and customer success teams to improve customer experience and commercial outcomes.
  • Manage sales budgets, resources, pipeline forecasting, and revenue planning.
  • Implement sales processes, CRM systems, reporting frameworks, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare executive sales reports, dashboards, and strategic recommendations for leadership.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the sales organization.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of sales strategy, business development, revenue growth, and commercial operations.
  • Proven experience leading sales teams and achieving revenue targets in competitive markets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms, sales analytics, pipeline management, and forecasting.
  • Experience developing sales strategies across B2B, B2C, enterprise, or technology markets is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical thinking, commercial awareness, and strategic decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and build relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent presentation, coaching, and team development skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
