We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join Forwood. This job is fully remote and open to all applicants across Australia. We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to shape how our products are positioned, launched, and adopted globally. As Product Marketing Manager, you’ll sit at the heart of Product, Marketing, and Sales. Your work will ensure our solutions are clearly understood, successfully launched, and fully embraced by customers. From go-to-market strategy to compelling narratives and sales enablement, you’ll be the bridge that connects product innovation with customer impact. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on turning technical capability into customer value, who loves building positioning that cuts through complexity, and who wants their work to directly contribute to saving lives. Key Responsibilities
- Lead go-to-market strategy for all major product and feature launches.
- Develop clear, differentiated messaging and positioning across our product suite.
- Build comprehensive GTM toolkits: sales decks, one-pagers, demo scripts, objection handlers, and internal briefs.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to ensure they have the right tools, training, and collateral to accelerate adoption and improve win rates.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to align roadmap priorities with market opportunities.
- Conduct competitive and market research to refine positioning and sharpen sales narratives.
- Identify friction in the buyer journey and create assets that support pipeline acceleration.
- Partner with Brand and Demand Generation teams to ensure consistent messaging across campaigns, content, and digital channels.
- Track, measure, and report on product marketing effectiveness.
- Champion Forwood’s value proposition internally and externally.
About You
- 6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, with at least 3 years in a product marketing role.
- Proven record of leading successful product and feature launches.
- Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills and be able to simplify complex concepts into clear, customer-focused messaging.
- Experience creating sales enablement content and go-to-market collateral.
- Strong collaboration skills, with experience working across Product, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on outcomes, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Familiar with competitive analysis, market intelligence, and enterprise buyer journeys.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred experience in:
- Safety, compliance, or industrial software.
- Enterprise sales enablement or onboarding.
- Account-based marketing (ABM) and multi-stakeholder buying processes.
