We're hiring: Senior Web & CRM Manager | Global CPG Brand

A leading global consumer brand is seeking a Senior Web & CRM Manager to join its international digital marketing team. This is a unique opportunity to shape and scale digital programs across key global markets including Canada, Latin America, APAC, and China.

The Role:

You’ll oversee the CRM and web strategy for international markets, working cross-functionally with analytics, media, IT, and regional marketing teams. This newly created position is critical to expanding consumer engagement and loyalty via data-driven communications and best-in-class digital experiences.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the development, optimization, and execution of CRM programs (email, SMS, mobile)
• Drive strategy and performance for global consumer websites, ensuring UX is locally relevant and brand-aligned
• Partner with analytics and CDP teams to define segmentation, personalization, and campaign KPIs
• Collaborate closely with IT on technical implementation (no coding required)
• Build scalable playbooks and documentation to support digital maturity across regions

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years in CRM and web strategy; 3–5 years leading teams
• Experience with Braze CRM platform required; familiarity with Tlium or similar CDPs a plus
• Brand-side CRM experience in beverage, alcohol, or CPG strongly preferred
• Bonus for experience in international markets like Brazil and Mexico
• Strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments

Location:

Open to remote, with preference for candidates near Southern California or Miami. Occasional travel to HQ.
