Job Description Forbes Advisor is hiring! We are looking for a Senior Digital Experience Associate to join our ever-expanding Growth Team! Responsibilities:

  • Proactively leads and ideates conversion rate optimisation (CRO) cross-functional projects with functional teams and leaders across the organization to develop new products, journeys and landing page experiences for users
  • Owning the ‘Digital Experiences Cycle’ end-to-end to ensure all ideation is hypothesis driven and insights are scaled across the company verticals/products. This includes ideation, experimentation, post-test analysis, scaling and leading coordination with stakeholders across the company
  • Developing optimisation strategies across the site, using both internal quantitative data and qualitative user data to define user behavior and understand how to influence it
  • Proactively looks for new opportunities of growth
  • Analyze on-site performance against core KPIs that align with the broader business goals

About You:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a CRO, Product, Product Analytics or User Experience (UX) role with an emphasis with on-site optimization and feature development
  • Expert knowledge of using one of the two (or better yet both!) to analyze hit level data: Google Analytics/Big Query SQL
  • Ability to blend quantitative and qualitative data to understand the how and why of user behavior
  • Knowledge of statistics and implementation to large-scale experimentation, ensuring best practice throughout optimisation process
  • Previous experience conducting A/B, multivariate testing. Preferably, a large experimentation platform such as Optimizely, VWO, AB Tasty.
  • Previous experience leading small teams that have large scale
  • Ability to liaise with a range of different stakeholders to produce different strategies
  • Understanding user behavior and be able to identify key metrics to influence it
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to prioritize across different projects to focus on highest-impact work
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Comfortable working collaboratively with teammates across multiple geographies and time zones

Nice to haves:

  • Experience with user testing platforms and developing user testing interviews and surveys
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, Tableau and GA4
  • Prior experience using Notion
  • Knowledge and experience using custom CMS
