• Tech Infrastructure Leadership: Lead the expansion and modernization of our tech infrastructure, meticulously shaping the architecture and strategy to enhance our tech stack.
• Hands-on Development: Actively contribute to coding efforts, crafting high-quality, scalable code for both front-end and back-end components, ensuring alignment with project goals and technical standards.
• Documentation Excellence: Lead by example in creating detailed, clear, and accessible documentation for code, systems, and processes, enhancing team understanding and facilitating future development efforts.
• Team Leadership: Cultivate, mentor, and lead a team of talented developers, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
• Team Collaboration: Engage in productive teamwork within a group of highly skilled developers, elevating collective capabilities in a supportive and enjoyable environment.

Qualifications:

• Senior Developer Experience: Proven track record at a senior level, ideally involving high-performance web systems and client-facing projects.
• Headless CMS: Strong expertise in headless stack with Next.js and builder.io
• JavaScript Proficiency: Experience skills in server/client-side JavaScript, with frameworks like React, and tools like Webpack, Vite.
• Coding Standards and Automation: Adept at establishing coding standards, integrating automated testing, and utilising CI/CD pipelines for rapid delivery
• Core Web Vitals Optimization: Demonstrated ability to optimise for Core Web Vitals, guaranteeing superior user experiences across web platforms.
• Full Stack Capability: Strong front-end skills in CSS 3/HTML 5, complementing a full-stack skill set or a readiness to engage with both back-end and front-end technologies.
• Collaboration and Innovation: Exceptional teamwork skills, able to lead architectural discussions, share insights, and drive towards the best solutions collaboratively.
