About The Job We are Fool’s Theory, a company from Bielsko-Biała in Poland, creators of the game Seven: The Days Long Gone and The Thaumaturge. • Planning and managing the teams production, verifying estimates, verifying work and reporting.
• Overseeing team’s backlog, sprints and timetable.
• Managing tasks and priorities within the teams.
• Managing the team and ensuring smooth internal communication.
• Solving current issues and looking for new solutions.
• Taking care of timely task realisation.
• Managing project changes.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar position in the gaming industry.
• Fluent English.
• Ability to independently solve problems and work on multiple projects at the same time.
• Responsibility, diligence, ability to plan ahead.
• Good communication skills and willingness to work in a group.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with Unreal Engine 5.
• Experience working with a QA team.
• Experience in a Release Manager role.
