We are seeking an Investor Relations Manager on behalf of a hedge fund company.
Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Investor Relations Manager to enhance the company's capital formation and investor communication strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the hedge fund or digital assets investment space, with strong capabilities in building investor relationships, developing strategic communications, and managing investor portfolios.
Responsibilities:
- Strategically develop and execute an investor relations plan aimed at enhancing relationships and attracting new high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors, thereby driving capital growth and portfolio diversification.
- Leverage existing networks, particularly connections with high-net-worth individuals, large family offices, and institutional investors, to expand our client base and forge lasting partnerships.
- Manage and expand investor communications, including the preparation of pitch books, monthly newsletters, performance reports, and other marketing materials that articulate our fund’s philosophy, performance, and market outlook.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify and engage potential institutional and sophisticated investors.
- Organize and lead investor meetings and presentations, providing transparent and insightful updates on fund performance and market conditions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including trading, risk management, and compliance, to ensure accurate and compliant investor communications.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in investor relations, preferably in a hedge fund, asset management, investment management, family office, or private bank.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
- Possesses a robust existing network, including high-net-worth individuals, large family offices, and institutional investors, which is critical for strategic client base expansion and partnership development.
- Deep understanding of digital assets and its investment strategies is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in creating compelling and informative investment materials.
