Fix Turnover is a B2B company that helps autism clinics reduce staff turnover with data-based assessment software. We’re looking for a video-first content/growth generalist who can ship every week and turn marketing ideas into leads and booked calls.

You’ll own

• Editing 1 long video/week and repurposing into 4–5 shorts
• Writing hooks, captions, LinkedIn posts, and 1 blog or sales/nurture emails weekly
• Building Squarespace landing pages & simple funnels (lead magnet → nurture → booking)
• Running light retargeting (LinkedIn)
• Keeping UTMs/analytics clean and sending a concise weekly KPI snapshot

What you’ve done

• Portfolio with things like: (a) a clean long-form edit, (b) short social clips with captions,
• (c) a live landing page + lead magnet + 4–6-email nurture you built
• Proven direct-response copy (subject lines, CTAs, headlines, VSL/script snippets)
• Hands-on with tools like Descript/CapCut, Canva, Squarespace, and an email platform
• Comfortable with GA4 basics, UTMs, Zapier, and content calendars

Success in 90 days

• Lead gen funnel built (get leads from LinkedIn to book calls or give email address)
• Content engine running: 1 long video + 4–5 shorts weekly; 1 blog/article weekly
• Email nurturing sequences running
• Weekly KPI reporting; LP and email A/B tests underway

Hours & pay

• 20 hours / week (role could grow to full-time)
• $25 - $30 / hour
