We’re recruiting on behalf of an innovative AI start-up that built a agentic AI solution designed to autonomously execute complex business workflows. This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-scaling company at the forefront of applied AI.

Our client is looking for a high-performing Account Executive to help drive revenue growth and establish repeatable sales success in a fully remote environment.

The Opportunity

As an Account Executive, you’ll own the full sales cycle and play a key role in shaping the company’s go-to-market strategy. You’ll sell a truly differentiated AI product to modern, forward-thinking businesses and work closely with leadership in an agile start-up setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
  • Sell an advanced agentic AI platform to SMB and/or mid-market customers
  • Run discovery calls to understand customer challenges and workflows
  • Deliver product demos and articulate the value of AI-driven automation
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing to refine sales messaging
  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 2–5+ years’ experience as an Account Executive in B2B SaaS or AI (ideally with Start-up experience)
  • Strong consultative selling and discovery skills
  • Comfortable selling innovative or technical solutions
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and effective in a remote-first environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Desirable Experience

  • Previous experience selling AI, automation, or workflow tools
  • Start-up or scale-up environment exposure
  • Experience with outbound-led or hybrid sales motions
