About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team in the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent to meet the staffing needs of our diverse client portfolio. Your role will involve collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements, developing effective recruitment strategies, and managing the end-to-end hiring process. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a strong understanding of current recruitment trends and best practices. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a staffing or consulting environment, is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for building relationships with clients and candidates alike. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is preferred. The candidate should demonstrate excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving. Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment will be considered an asset. Responsibilities Identify and attract potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to fill open positions efficiently and with high-quality candidates. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates to determine their suitability for specific roles. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on candidate selection. Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job records within the applicant tracking system. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in talent acquisition. Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice. Assist in developing and refining recruitment policies and procedures to improve efficiency and candidate experience. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to stakeholders.
