We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Creative Coordinator to manage our creator network and oversee the end-to-end creative production process for high-performing direct response campaigns.
This role requires someone with proven experience in UGC management, creator outreach, briefing, and quality control, ideally in fast-paced e-commerce environments. You’ll work closely with the creative strategist, editors, and designers to ensure content aligns with performance goals, brand standards, and platform best practices.
The Creative Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring creators deliver top-quality assets on time, iterating based on data, and maintaining smooth communication throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, reach out to, and onboard content creators aligned with campaign needs.
- Manage day-to-day creator communication — from initial outreach to product shipment, brief delivery, and payment processing.
- Prepare detailed content briefs for creators, ensuring clarity on messaging, hooks, CTAs, and performance objectives.
- Oversee the quality control process, ensuring all creative assets meet guidelines and performance expectations before delivery to the creative team.
- Collaborate with the creative strategist to interpret ad performance data and iterate on creative concepts for testing.
- Maintain a structured database of creator contacts, campaign status, and asset deliveries.
- Coordinate with editors and designers to ensure assets are optimized for platform-specific requirements (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Troubleshoot production issues and proactively resolve potential bottlenecks in the creative pipeline.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in UGC creator management, influencer outreach, or a similar role in a direct response marketing or e-commerce environment.
- Strong knowledge of whitelisting ads and experience using platforms such as Insense, Grin, or similar tools.
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns, creators, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with creators and internal teams.
- Understanding of performance marketing KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and how creative impacts results.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously.
- Comfortable working full-time (8 hours/day) in CET timezone.
- Experience in men’s health or fitness niches is a strong advantage.
