We produce a podcast where we interview leaders of large, growing companies.

The show is central to our marketing strategy and a primary channel for community building, deal flow, and thought leadership.

Position Overview

You will work with the Director to own everything from the guest pipeline to the final video clip. Working with three hosts, you will run two(+) one-hour recordings per week (in-person or virtual via Riverside), slice them into shorts, pair each asset with sharp copy, and schedule distribution across YouTube, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and emerging channels.

Your north stars: (1) ship a bullet-proof production workflow fast, (2) grow impressions, followers, and generated pipeline month over month.

The podcast is live now and we have some activities on all channels. The first objective of the position will be to professionalize the process and ensure we have the ability to ramp up the volume of content created without any dropped balls (Everything from inviting guests, to producing the show, to distributing the content across social media).

High Level Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end content engine for our weekly podcast and its social echo. You will nurture the guest pipeline in a light CRM, automating releases, headshot and bio collection, and handing off logistics to support.
  • Before each recording, you’ll run technical checks, craft a run-of-show, and align the three hosts on sharp, differentiated talking points. During in-studio or Riverside sessions, you’ll direct production, mark standout moments in real time, and gather immediate debrief notes.
  • Post-record, you’ll take the generated transcripts, surface high-impact clips, supervise audio mastering, and sign off on editor cuts, filenames, and spell-check.
  • Your core mandate is to alchemize those clips into thought-leadership assets: write hooks, titles, and thumbnails, then schedule short-form video and carousel posts across the hosts’ LinkedIn profiles while tailoring edits for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Spotify video.
  • You’ll craft press kits that make guests look brilliant and newsletters that pull listeners back. Finally, you’ll expand distribution through constant A/B testing, new-channel launches, and a living KPI dashboard. You will also safeguard brand voice consistency and experiment with emerging social formats.

In short - you will be working closely with the team directly to create an incredibly valuable business show that scales organically across social channels.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 3+ years running social media channels in a relevant space
  • Expert with Riverside, Adobe Premiere / Final Cut / DaVinci, Figma, Notion, and various ai tools
  • Fluent in LinkedIn, YouTube (long & Shorts), TikTok, Instagram Reels, and X/Twitter best practices.
  • Proven ability to craft engaging short-form hooks, persuasive copy, and on-brand thumbnails.
  • Strong design eye and basic motion-graphics chops.
  • Data-driven mindset; comfortable owning dashboards, UTMs, and A/B tests.
  • Self-starter who builds SOPs, wrangles freelancers, and ships on deadline.
  • Experience scaling a relevant channel from near zero to 100k+ followers. (A plus)
  • Background/interest in advanced analytics and marketing (A plus)
