We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Salesforce Commerce Cloud Coordinator to join their Digital team.
In this role, you will manage the end-to-end setup and execution of online promotions, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience across multiple websites and markets. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, coordinate assets and translations, and optimize promotional workflows to drive engagement and conversion.
Key Responsibilities :Promotion Execution & Coordination
- Manage the full promotion lifecycle — from brief creation to go-live.
- Coordinate translation, asset delivery, and content setup within Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
- Ensure brand consistency and quality of promotional communication across channels and locales.
- Identify opportunities to enhance how promotions are displayed and experienced on-site.
Coupon Code Management
- Oversee the intake and processing of coupon codes.
- Create and maintain standardized guidelines for local teams.
- Support global promo-related initiatives to ensure alignment and efficiency.
Performance & Analysis
- Monitor competitor promotions and share insights to inform planning.
- Track campaign performance, analyze results, and propose optimizations.
- Support CRO testing and personalization using tools such as Monetate.
Process Optimization
- Help maintain structured workflows in Asana for promotions and coupon requests.
- Contribute to continuous improvements in promotional operations and user experience.
Requirements :
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC).
- Proficiency in Page Designer, Promotions Management, and multi-site setups.
- Solid understanding of e-commerce operations and digital campaign execution.
- Comfortable using reporting and analytics tools to evaluate performance.
- Basic HTML skills are a plus.
- Experience with Monetate, Asana, or similar tools is advantageous.
