About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced Marketing Team Lead to drive our marketing efforts and grow our coaching business. In this role, you'll lead our marketing team, develop strategic campaigns that attract ideal clients, and create systems that consistently generate qualified leads and conversions for our coaching programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the marketing team to execute campaigns across multiple channels
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business growth goals
• Oversee content creation including blogs, social media, email campaigns, and video content
• Manage lead generation funnels from awareness to conversion
• Plan and execute product launches for coaching programs, courses, and services
• Oversee paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Build and optimize email marketing sequences and nurture campaigns
• Manage social media strategy and community engagement across platforms
• Collaborate with coaches to develop compelling messaging and positioning
• Analyze marketing metrics and ROI to optimize campaign performance
• Oversee brand consistency across all marketing materials and touchpoints
• Manage marketing budget and allocate resources effectively
• Lead team meetings, provide mentorship, and foster creative collaboration
• Stay current with marketing trends in the coaching and personal development industry

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years in marketing management, preferably in coaching, online education, or info-products
• Proven experience leading and developing marketing teams
• Strong track record of successful campaign execution and lead generation
• Deep understanding of digital marketing across multiple channels
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills for the coaching industry
• Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing and optimizing campaigns
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms
• Understanding of customer journey mapping
• Creative problem-solver with strategic thinking abilities
• Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution

Nice to Have:

• Experience marketing high-ticket coaching programs or online courses
• Knowledge of coaching industry trends and ideal client psychology
• Proficiency with specific tools (ClickFunnels, Canva, VidIQ, Opus, etc.)
• Video production and editing skills
• SEO and content marketing expertise
• Experience with webinar funnels and live launch strategies
• Background in personal development or coaching
