We are seeking a self-driven and creative Social Media & Content Specialist with strong experience in the audiology industry. The ideal candidate is familiar with competitive audiology products, practice management solutions, and understands the needs of modern hearing care clinics.
This part-time role is perfect for someone who can take ownership of brand storytelling, digital presence, and content creation with minimal supervision.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Strategy
- Develop and deliver content strategies that resonate with audiologists, practice owners, hearing care professionals, and distributors.
- Produce engaging multimedia content, including blogs, social media posts, product explainers, and short-form videos.
- Translate technical topics - such as audiological diagnostics or practice management workflows - into clear, compelling content.
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow the company’s presence across social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Plan and schedule content that increases engagement, builds brand recognition, and highlights product value.
- Monitor online conversations and competitor activity within the audiology sector.
Product & Brand Support
- Create content that clearly communicates the benefits of practice management systems and audiology testing equipment.
- Support product launches, demonstrations, and educational campaigns.
- Ensure consistency in tone, visual style, and messaging across all channels.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work with internal teams to understand product updates and clinical workflows.
- Track content performance and provide insights to improve future strategy.
- Operate independently, meeting deadlines and driving creative initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in the audiology industry is essential — ideally working with or supporting audiology products, diagnostics systems, or practice management technologies.
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and the daily operations of audiology clinics.
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital storytelling.
- Highly creative, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Ability to simplify technical information into audience-friendly content.
