Job Description The Director of Brand and Creative leads the development and execution of our brand identity and creative strategy across all Partner, Clinician and Patient touchpoints.   • Directs employees by supporting, coaching, training, assisting with time management and performing evaluations; should conduct regular meetings with all direct reports.
  • Continuously adapt the brand’s voice, visual identity, and positioning within the healthcare landscape.
  • Educate and engage internal partners on the adherence of brand guidelines that reflect our promise to clinicians and the delivery of compassionate, high-quality care.
  • Ensure brand consistency across partner communications, clinical materials, digital platforms, and community outreach.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary creative team including designers and strategists
  • Oversee the development of campaigns that promote services, clinical recruitment, wellness initiatives, and community engagement.
  • Champion inclusive creative concepts that reflect our stakeholders and communities.
  • Partner with marketing, communications, clinical, operations, digital, and executive teams to align brand strategy with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with external agencies, media partners, and vendors to execute high-impact creative work.
  • Monitor brand health metrics, stakeholder engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Use data and stakeholder insights to refine messaging and creative approaches.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities required.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing brand development, campaigns, and creative storytelling.
  • Deep understanding of HIPAA-compliant communications and healthcare marketing regulations.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Experience with patient journey mapping and service line marketing.
  • Familiarity with communication platforms and healthcare CRM tools.
  • Proficiency in design and content tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, other platforms).

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field preferred
  • Master’s preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in brand strategy and creative leadership, ideally within healthcare, wellness, or mission-driven
  • 5+ years of experience leading and developing leaders
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing high performing team
