💼 What you’ll be doing:

• Lead the marketing engine – from content creation to lead generation
• Shape and deliver marketing strategy that drives awareness and business growth
• Own the brand across all channels (think blogs, podcasts, webinars, reports, events)
• Create, plan, and run multi-channel campaigns with real impact
• Nurture leads using clever segmentation and email journeys
• Manage CRM tools and drive lead-to-deal conversion
• Report on performance and suggest improvements that actually get actioned

✅ What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years of B2B marketing experience
• Strong content skills – confident writer, solid storyteller
• Experience running webinars and campaigns
• Comfortable owning projects end-to-end
• A mix of creativity and commercial thinking
• Confident using CRM systems and lead nurture flows
• Bonus if you've worked in insights, research, or a similar space
