Role Responsibilities

• Attend top-class training calls hosted by our leadership team
• Write and place adverts across job boards and social platforms
• Conduct calls and interviews with potential candidates
• Support and onboard new team members
• Attend ongoing online training, planning and personal development sessions
• Contribute to marketing and growth strategies
• Represent the brand in a professional and inspiring manner

Skills & Experience

• Big thinker with strong personal drive
• Self-motivated and self-directed
• Ambitious and open to continuous growth
• Confident communicator who enjoys calls and online meetings
• Marketing or recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential
• Professional presentation and attitude
