🗂 We’re Hiring: Customer Success Manager / Relationship Manager / Account Manager

We’re looking for a customer-focused and relationship-driven Customer Success Manager / Relationship Manager / Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving long-term account growth. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for clients, helping them maximize the value of our products and services while identifying opportunities for business expansion. 🎯 Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and support needs.

Ensure customers achieve their goals and maximize the value of products and services.

Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address concerns or challenges.

Conduct regular account reviews and provide strategic recommendations.

Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Track customer performance metrics and prepare account reports.

Manage customer renewals, retention strategies, and contract-related activities.

Maintain accurate customer records and account documentation.

✅ Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Strong relationship-building and customer management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

Ability to understand customer needs and deliver effective solutions.

Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

Experience managing multiple client accounts and priorities.

Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Previous experience in customer success, account management, sales, or client relationship management is preferred.
