Marketing Specialist – Electric Future Group (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Location: Remote (Australia-based)

The Role

This is a hands-on, mid-level marketing role with the flexibility to be full-time or part-time, depending on the candidate. You’ll be responsible for delivering campaigns and initiatives that build our brands across the Electric Future Group, generate leads, support sales, and engage customers in both B2C and B2B contexts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content & Campaigns – Plan, create, and manage content across web, email, social, and paid channels to drive awareness and conversion for all EF Group brands (Asset Management, Sustainability Services and Advisory).
  • Digital Marketing – Manage website updates, SEO/GEO/SEM, paid ads, and marketing automation tools.
  • Brand & Messaging – Ensure consistent positioning and messaging across all EF Group business units; develop materials to support product launches, events, sustainability services, and advisory initiatives.
  • Customer Journey Support – Create collateral that builds trust and improves conversion through every stage of the customer and client journey (consumer, business, and institutional).
  • Analytics & Reporting – Track performance of campaigns, provide insights, and recommend optimisations.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration – Work closely with sales, operations, sustainability, advisory, and external agencies to deliver integrated campaigns.

About You

  • 3–5 years of experience in a marketing role covering multiple disciplines (digital, content, brand, campaigns).
  • Strong writing and communication skills, able to translate technical products into customer-friendly messaging.
  • Comfortable working with digital tools such as HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta Ads, or equivalent.
  • Organised and proactive, able to prioritise and manage multiple projects.
  • Creative mindset with a commercial focus on driving leads and supporting sales.
  • Experience in energy, technology, or consumer products (preferred but not essential).
