Junior eCommerce Specialist (Shopify Expert)

We are looking for a Junior eCommerce Specialist to join our dynamic remote team. In this role, you’ll assist in managing and optimizing Shopify stores, contributing to the growth and performance of our clients’ online businesses. You will work closely with our marketing, design, and development teams to help build high-performing eCommerce sites.

You are a fit if you have:

• Minimum 1 year of experience working with the Shopify platform (themes, apps, metafields)
• A strong eye for modern eCommerce UI/UX
• Solid communication skills in English
• A collaborative mindset, comfortable working with different teams to meet business goals
• The ability to manage tasks and timelines across multiple projects
• Experience with timelogging tools or platforms to track project progress and ensure deadlines are met

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in building and customizing Shopify themes
• Helping with third-party app integrations
• Supporting performance optimization for speed, user experience, and conversion rate
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, including app conflicts
• Collaborating with SEO, UX, and email teams to ensure a comprehensive eCommerce strategy
