About the role

We’re looking for a skilled video editor who knows how to make content that stops the scroll, drives clicks and conversions. This isn’t about polished brand videos—this is all about performance-first editing for paid ads, especially on Meta & TikTok ad platforms.

What You’ll Do:

• Edit short-form video ads (5–30 seconds) for ecommerce brands
• Work with raw UGC, talking heads, testimonials, and demo footage
• Cut for hooks, angles, and CTAs—fast-paced and native-feeling
• Add captions, overlays, music, effects (nothing too polished)
• Iterate based on ad performance and feedback from our Creative Strategist
• Deliver multiple versions for testing (e.g. hook variations)

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience editing for Meta & TikTok ads (show us your work)
• Understanding of what makes an ad convert
• Ability to follow briefs and hit fast turnaround times
• Strong attention to detail, but also speed and flexibility
• Experience editing TikTok-style UGC ads
• A love for ecommerce and digital storytelling (even better if you’re already in the space)
