Manager, Product Marketing (Growth) Overview ebbo is seeking a results-obsessed Manager, Product Marketing (Growth) to drive enrollment growth through acquisition testing and optimization. This role owns conversion and enrollment performance across acquisition flows and is accountable for designing, executing, and scaling A/B and multivariate tests that deliver measurable KPI lift for our client driven loyalty programs. The ideal candidate thrives in a test-and-learn environment, deeply understands acquisition funnels, and uses experimentation to systematically improve enrollment rates, reduce friction, and unlock growth across client loyalty programs. Responsibilities Of Manager, Product Marketing (Growth)
- Own the acquisition testing strategy and roadmap for assigned loyalty programs, with direct accountability for improving enrollment and conversion rates
- Design, execute, and optimize A/B and multivariate tests across web and mobile acquisition funnels to drive measurable performance lift
- Analyze test results and behavioral data to deliver actionable insights that improve conversion, enrollment, and early retention
- Define, track, and communicate acquisition KPIs, clearly reporting performance, learnings, and recommendations to stakeholders
- Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Marketing Ops, Client Services, IT, and Data Analytics to execute tests and scale winning experiences
- Identify and remove acquisition friction through user research, industry insights, and UX optimization, documenting requirements and outcomes
Skills Of Manager, Product Marketing (Growth)
- 5+ years in product marketing, with preferred experience in loyalty, rewards or subscription-based products
- Experience with marketing and analytics tools such as FullStory, Optimizely and Tableau; Shopify knowledge is a plus
- Proven experience in leading successful A/B and multivariate testing initiatives
- Proven track record in customer UX optimizations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across cross-functional teams with the ability to present to stakeholders
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail, time management skills, and an ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a highly fluid, fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to derive insights from complex data sets

The base salary range for this position is $78,000-$78,000.
