What You Will Be Working On
- Own the PLG Funnel: Build and optimize the end-to-end funnel—from awareness to activation to upgrade.
- Run Growth Experiments: Design, execute, and measure tests across onboarding, referral loops, conversion paths, and pricing.
- Leverage Product Data: Use tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, and Hotjar to identify friction and opportunity points.
- Scale Organic and Viral Growth: Activate SEO, integrations, and community-led strategies to drive usage—no paid media or SDRs.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work hand-in-hand with Product, Success, and Design to deliver growth-focused product experiences.
What Type of Person Will Be Successful
- 3–5 Years in Growth or PLG Marketing: Experience growing freemium SaaS or PLG products (ideally with SMB or prosumer users).
- Data-Led and Experiment-Obsessed: You know how to find bottlenecks, test hypotheses, and track what matters.
- Builder Mindset: You’re not waiting for a roadmap—you’re figuring it out, building the path, and pulling in the right teammates.
- Clear Communicator: You can write clear copy, build landing pages, and communicate growth insights that others can act on.
- Self-Sufficient and Agile: You’re hands-on and thrive without needing a massive team or budget.
