E4C5 is a founder-led boutique agency that applies product management discipline to digital marketing. We partner with B2B SaaS companies, cybersecurity firms, and high-growth technology businesses to drive measurable growth through AI search, SEO, CRO, and paid media.

Our roster includes venture-backed security startups and fast-growing SaaS companies that rely on us as embedded strategic partners. Our MRR has doubled in the last four months and our client book has grown 300% in the last seven months. We're bringing on a foundational leader to help scale our primary offering.

The Role

We're hiring a Senior SEO / GEO Strategist to lead organic growth across traditional search and AI-driven discovery for a portfolio of clients. This is a client-facing role that combines strategy and hands-on execution. You'll sell the vision, present to stakeholders, connect organic performance to pipeline, and have direct influence over how E4C5's core SEO/GEO offering evolves as we scale.

What You'll DoClient Ownership & Strategy

  • Own SEO and GEO strategy across a portfolio of B2B clients, from technical foundations through content and authority development
  • Lead client calls, present performance clearly, and connect organic growth to pipeline in terms that resonate with CMOs and marketing directors
  • Serve as a trusted strategic partner, someone clients call when thinking through big decisions, not just when they need a deliverable

Technical

  • Optimize content and site architecture for AI-generated answers, zero-click search, and LLM-driven discovery surfaces
  • Guide clients on structured content for AI citation, LLMs.txt implementation, and entity authority development
  • Lead E4C5's internal GEO research program, synthesizing proprietary client data and third-party signals into reports that sharpen our methodology and build our external point of view

Data Fluency & Reporting

  • Track performance across organic and AI-driven channels and turn data into clear business insights

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years in SEO, organic growth, or digital strategy; agency or client-facing experience strongly preferred
  • Strong technical SEO foundation: site architecture, crawlability, Core Web Vitals, schema, indexation
  • Deep content SEO chops: keyword and topic research, content gap analysis, entity optimization, programmatic content at scale
  • Genuine GEO familiarity. You have real opinions about what makes content more likely to be cited by AI, not just awareness of the trend
  • Clear communicator who can make a CMO feel confident and informed without leaning on jargon
  • Self-directed and comfortable owning outcomes in a small, high-trust environment

What Success Looks Like

Within 90 days, you've taken ownership of priority accounts with minimal hand-holding, clients are feeling the difference in strategic clarity, and organic visibility is moving in the right direction.

Longer term, you're bringing a vision for how to uplevel our entire SEO/GEO program, showing you can scale it, and building the case for hiring under you.
