This is a Senior Paid Media Manager role for someone who wants depth over chaos.

The Role:

• Own paid media strategy and execution across Meta and TikTok
• Work on no more than five clients at a time
• Take a full-funnel approach to complex, high-consideration journeys
• Analyse, test, iterate, and actually have time to think
• Feed into creative briefs and assess what’s working (and why)
• Collaborate with senior strategists, supported by sharp juniors and specialists

This agency runs more like a boutique strategy consultancy than a traditional performance shop. Fewer accounts. More autonomy. Better conversations.
