We’re not looking for someone to “run a few A/B tests.”
We’re looking for a CRO leader to own the conversion performance across all our brands, funnels, and landing pages—and build a systematic, scalable CRO engine.

We’re DTC Vikings, a Nordic ecommerce group building bold, nature-powered brands:
- Frøya Organics – anti-aging skincare for women 45+, powered by Arctic herbs
 - Norse Organics – skincare for men rooted in Viking simplicity
 - Future brands in wellness, supplements, and clean living
 
We’ve scaled fast through paid social. Now we need a CRO leader to make every visit, click, and scroll count.
🎯 What You’ll Own
- Lead a site-wide testing roadmap for all key pages: homepage, PDPs, landing pages, post-purchase, etc.
 - Ideate and optimize landing pages for paid media, email, organic, and product launches
 - Set up, run, and analyze tests using tools like Convert, VWO, or PostHog
 - Partner closely with copywriters, designers, developers, and media buyers to test quickly and efficiently
 - Provide post-test insights and iterative recommendations: what worked, why, and what to try next
 - Document learnings clearly to accelerate knowledge sharing across teams

 - Testing cadence is high, organized, and well-documented
 - CRO insights start influencing ad creative, email campaigns, and product strategy
 - Teams across marketing understand what’s working—and why
 
✅ You’ll Thrive in This Role If You…
- Have 4+ years of experience in CRO, growth, or performance marketing (DTC preferred)
 - Think in hypotheses, uplift, and user psychology
 - Can prioritize and execute tests effectively
 - Collaborate seamlessly with creatives, developers, and other stakeholders
 - Write clearly and persuasively (for offers, headlines, UX copy)
 - Move fast, stay organized, and care deeply about results
 - Excel in high-ownership, low-politics environments🛠 Tools You’ll Use (or Bring Your Own)
 
- Convert, VWO, or PostHog
 - Notion for roadmaps
 - Figma (for UX thinking; no need to design)
 - Analytical mindset and performance-driven approach
 
🗺 Logistics
- Remote – U.S. or Europe time zones preferred
 - Full-time, senior, high-trust role
 - Reports to: Head of Growth
 - Works closely with performance, brand, and product teams
