Your Mission:
As our Independent Sales Representative for the DACH Region, you’ll be instrumental in introducing Drowsy to discerning customers across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who excels at building relationships, thrives in a freelance role, and is passionate about luxury, wellness, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:Market Development:
- Identify and secure key retail opportunities in the DACH region, including luxury department stores, wellness retailers, high-end spas, hotels, and premium e-commerce platforms.
Sales Execution:
- Pitch, present, and negotiate B2B partnerships to drive wholesale growth. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with retail buyers, spa directors, hoteliers, and key distributors in the region.
Brand Advocacy:
- Represent Drowsy with authenticity and confidence. Ensure premium brand positioning across all channels.
Market Feedback:
- Share local market insights, consumer trends, and competitor activity with HQ to continuously improve strategies.
Localization Support:
- Collaborate with the HQ team to fine-tune marketing and messaging to better align with local preferences and expectations.
Your Profile:
- Fluent in German and English (French or Italian is a plus).
- Demonstrated success in premium B2B sales, ideally in beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or luxury goods.
- Deep understanding of the DACH retail landscape and consumer behavior.
- Established network of retail and wholesale contacts.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, self-driven, and results-oriented.
- Polished communication and presentation skills.
- Passionate about premium products and wellness culture.
