Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Graphic Designer specializing in social media, ads, and video editing. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics, designing logos and branding materials. Additional tasks may include designing visual assets for social media platforms, creating marketing materials for ad campaigns, and editing videos to support promotional strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging visuals for social media, paid advertising campaigns, and email marketing (newsletters)

• Create marketing assets such as banners, promotional graphics, landing visuals and campaign creatives

• Edit short-form video content for social media and paid ads (Reels, TikTok, Stories, video ads)

• Adapt video and design assets across multiple formats and placements

• Maintain consistent brand visuals across all digital platforms

• Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to translate campaign concepts into effective visual designs

• Implement feedback efficiently and manage multiple design tasks while meeting deadlines

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns

• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and retailRequirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, in a marketing or agency environment

• Strong portfolio showcasing digital design, social media creatives, and video content

• Experience editing short-form videos for social media and digital advertising

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

• Experience with video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or similar)

• Familiarity with Figma

• Experience designing social media ads, banners, and email marketing visuals

• Basic HTML knowledge for newsletter or banner design will be considered a plus

• Detail-oriented with strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects

• Passion for design, creativity, and visual storytelling
